San Francisco officials irked by IBM linux ads
Stenciled, wordless ads featuring a peace symbol, a heart, and the Linux penguin have displeased San Francisco city officials. Part of IBM Corp.'s "Love, Peace & Linux" ad campaign, the designs appeared on street corners all over the city. The San Francisco public works department has apparently told IBM to wash off the designs, which have already survived one rain.
