Samsung to start production at Fab 12 in June, targeting DDR400 and flash markets
Samsung Electronics may begin production at its Fab 12 in June, nearly two months ahead of schedule, as it attempts to gain a leadership position in the DDR400 and flash markets, sources said. The company had previously said it would start production at its 12" Fab 12 in the third quarter.
