Samsung samples 1/4 - inch CMOS sensors in Taiwan and China
South Korea-based Samsung Electronics recently began sampling its camera-phone use 1/4" 1.3-megapixel CMOS image sensor with Taiwanese and Chinese phone camera module and backend IC makers, according to sources.
