Samsung said to encounter DRAM production issues
Samsung Electronics is experiencing yields issues on 90nm-made DRAM production, which should reduce the risk of continued price drops this quarter, said DRAMeXchange.
DRAMeXchange quoted sources at Samsung and Samsung’s OEM customers as saying that the chipmaker did encounter a production issue on a certain step of DRAM production.
