Samsung and OEMs deadlocked in DDR contract price tug-of-war
Although DRAM leader Samsung Electronics has announced plans to raise late August DDR contract prices, the talks may be dragging on for a while as worldwide OEMs refuse to budge claiming lack of a visible rise in demand, according to DRAMeXchange.
