Samsung and Hynix shifting more DRAM production to NAND flash
Samsung Electronics and Hynix Semiconductor will lower their expected DRAM wafer starts 15 percent and 20 percent, respectively, through the end of the year, as they reallocate more capacity to NAND flash production, according to sources.
