Samsung raises 90nm production concern again
Samsung Electronics indicated recently that global DRAM supply in the second quarter will be mainly influenced by issues with the migration to 90nm technology by its competitors.
Analysts agreed with the claim and attributed low bit growth in the global DRAM industry this year to problems with the 90nm technology migration.
