S3 Chrome S27 graphics cards available in US etail
After having being completely absent from the US market for several years, S3 is returning to the US market with initially two graphic card models. Newegg is the first etailer to carry 128 MB and 256 MB S27 cards.
The cards are priced at $98 and $128 and target the lower end and mainstream segment of the gamer market. Both models run at a core clock of 702 MHz, are DirectX9 capable with support for an extended Shader Model 2. The cards also support HDTV in 1080p (1920x1080 pixel) as well as WMV-HD.
