It's an amazing device whose intention is to change the way you view racing: FanView the portable digital trackside media receiver from Sprint Nextel. Thanks to a licensing agreement with NASCAR, Nextel will be making these devices available to fans for subscription or rental. But when you revv up this baby's engine to speed, can it deliver in a pinch?
