Much of what I do deals with assessing what the customer experience will be like for new products. However my experience was mixed; while I'm now a believer in SLI, unless DFI improves their customer experience, I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone after my own experience. Because I had to switch boards - more on this below - this article became more about my experiences with Intel, DFI and Asus boards, and how they differed. You would think my experiences building both would be comparable, but this isn't true. Having said that, my experience with Intel based systems has been good; the systems using the Intel boards go together easily....
