    Were there clues to the demise of E3? Was there something we missed last May, during our coverage of the E3 Expo in Los Angeles? Actually, we did take note of something strange in the air there, as we watched the industry try to come to grips with its future evolutionary direction. But maybe there were a few other clues, perhaps in some of the panel discussions where game developers and game marketers demonstrated some serious disagreements.
