    "Ohh Aaron, you have got to try Eve: Online, it's the best thing since sliced bread became purchasable over the Internet!" Ok. "I mean, all the magazines are writing articles about it nearly every month!" Mmhmm, I nod. "And you know, at least it's not World of Warcraft!" No, I think to myself, it's an MMORPG in space. Captain Picard instead of Legless the Elf. Or whatever his name was.

    Anyone who's been talking anything videogames of late has heard of Katamari Damacy, the surprise PlayStation 2 hit from relatively unknown Japanese developer Keita Takahashi. The game is a completely non-violent, two button and specifically un-graphically complex creation which is so simplistic as to be laughable. It is also the most fun videogame to be released in the last five years.

    Opinion: Should you buy a PC now or wait? Buying a new PC looks much more interesting this Christmas than in many previous years. There are new and much more powerful and power-saving processors as well as new tech such as flash-based hard drives. And there is Windows Vista, which could be reason enough for some to ditch that old PC. Rob Enderle takes a closer look at Apple and Microsoft and has some food for thought.
