Last Thursday, Apple launched a second round of intellectual property countersuits against Zen MP3 player producer Creative Labs, in a different location, over a separate set of issues. If Apple isn't known for winning wars, it is known for fighting them, and today's action proves its willingness to fight. Whether Creative can match Apple's arsenal, at this point, appears doubtful.
