Frederick Motz in Baltimore, requiring Microsoft to begin putting Sun's Java into Windows within 120 days after the order is entered. On Thursday, Microsoft filed an emergency motion with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in Richmond, Va. seeking a an expedited hearing and temporary stay of Judge Motz's "Java incorporation requirement" Order until the Appellate Court can first consider Microsoft's challenge to the Order.
