NVIDIA Corp. has announced that its RIVA TNT 3D graphics processor will be shipped in all new standard Pentium III systems offered by Compaq, Dell, Gateway, Micron, NEC, CompUSA, ProGen and Quantex.
NVIDIA's RIVA TNT has been optimized for Intel's Pentium III processor-based PCs and supports the Pentium III processor's Streaming SIMD Extensions.
The RIVA TNT graphics processor has performed well in independent tests conducted by PC Magazine, PC World, PC Computing, Computer Shopper, Maximum PC and Family PC Magazine.
