RIM earnings up 73%
Toronto (Canada) – Research in Motion, the makers of the popular BlackBerry phone, reported a huge increase in first quarter earnings. The company earned $223.2 million or $1.17 a share which is a 73% increase from the same time last year. The company also announced a three for one stock split.
