Renesas, PSC extend partnership to 4 Gbit AG-AND flash
Renesas Technology today announced the signing of a manufacturing agreement, as well as a technology and sales licensing agreement, with Powerchip Semiconductor (PSC), for 4 Gbit AG-AND flash memory.
The new agreements expand the scope of business collaboration between the two parties in an existing partnership for 1 Gbit NAND flash production.
