Reborn Scour to beta
Once Napster's biggest competitor in the peer-to-peer file-sharing arena, Scour was sued into submission and sold off last year. The new owners are currently seeking beta testers for their new service, which they say will be legal. The company has not said how it intends to generate revenues.
According to the Website, "We know the rules are going to change. What that means as far as what's free and what isn't hasn't been determined."
