Realtek sues MStar for LCD controller IC patent infringement
Realtek Semiconductor has sued MStar Semiconductor for infringing its LCD controller IC-related patents and requested the Hsinchu District Court to enforce a provisional seizure of up to NT$1.5 billion worth of Mstar assets, according to a Realtek filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) yesterday.
