We already received a sample of the new ASUS Radeon 9800 XT and can give you an idea of the new card.
The ASUS Radeon 9800 XT featuring two cooling fans on a orange colored PCB.
Single slot design.
All ATI based ASUS cards will come with a orange colored PCB. Aside of hardware monitoring features utilized by a Winbond chip, ASUS also equips the board with a Rage Theater chip for Video-In. Users who wanted to have Video-In on an ATI card had to go with the All-In-Wonder series but had to pay an additional fee for the TV-Tuner which made the cards much more expensive. If you don't need a TV-Tuner you now have the free choice between ATI and NVIDIA cards in the ASUS product line.
