Rambus to show off XDR memory at Intel forum
The guys at Rambus say they’ll be showing off what’s claimed to be the fastest memory on the planet at this month’s Intel Developer Forum. "Rambus said it will show off a Toshiba 512 megabit DRAM which flies along at 3.2GHz."
