Rambus lawyers target Nvidia
Nvidia Corp. says, in its quarterly SEC filing, that Rambus Inc. lawyers want royalty payments from the graphics chipmaker, though it does not use the Direct Rambus interface. Rambus, however, asserts that the company is in violation of its widening patent net. The filing by Nvidia reads. "We believe the Rambus patents are invalid, not infringed, and unenforceable."
