Rambus/Infineon trial rescheduled
The Rambus Inc. SDRAM patent infringement suit against Infineon Technologies AG has been put off for six more days. Opening arguments are now scheduled for Monday afternoon, April 23. Infineon lawyers are taking depositions from Rambus officials and attorneys about company discussions during the 1992 to 1996 time period in an effort to find evidence that Rambus did not properly disclose pending SDRAM patent applications to the JEDEC standards body.
