RadioWebcaster expands online lineup
RadioWebcaster.com, the maker of a device that lets users transmit web-based audio throughout their homes via FM radio signals, has signed with VirtualTuner.com to offer an additional 5000 Internet radio stations.
The Radio Webcaster Transmitter is a low power FM transmitter that connects to a computer's sound card. The wireless transmitter covers an area similar to that of most cordless phones, sending the audio output from a PC to anywhere inside or outside the user's home or office.
VirtualTuner.com carries links to more than 5000 live and on-demand radio broadcasts, including news, civil service, and sports, in over 50 different languages.
The Radio Webcaster includes a transmitter, connection cables and software, and a RF universal remote control. The package is currently available for online purchase at www.VirtualTuner.com for $149.
