Radeon Mobility M9 Specs
Over at The Inquirer , Mike Magee got his hands on the plans for ATI's Mobility M9, which should go into production in Q2 2002. The M9 will include R300 functionality, be produced on a .15 micron process, and have a 350MHz core. It will also probably include an SDRAM or DDR 128 bit interface, and a 256MB FB. The chip will be DX9 compliant and software compatible with M7, M6 and U1, to deliver up to 74 million peak triangles a second, four pixels per clock and up to eight textures for every pixel.
