Quanta Computer wins large size LCD TV orders from Philips
Royal Philips Electronics recently placed orders with Taiwan-based Quanta Computer for LCD TVs, with the initial orders for TVs to be sold in Taiwan.
The orders are for 32-, 37-, and 42" LCD TVs and shipments are expects to begin next February, according to industry sources, as cited in the Chinese-language Economic Daily News.
