Rumors of Foxconn-Quanta merger resurface
Recent speculation pointing to a merger between Foxconn Electronics and Quanta Computer now indicates that the tie-up is in the final stage. Foxconn will soon merge with the leading notebook manufacturer through a share swap, with every 3.5 Quanta shares to be converted to one Foxconn share, according to sources.
