Nokia seeks to stop Qualcomm's patents
The world’s largest mobile phone maker, Nokia, has filed a patent lawsuit against Qualcomm in European courts. The lawsuit was filed in Germany and in the Netherlands and seeks to stop enforcement of Qualcomm’s patents. Qualcomm currently collects royalties from chip sales to many of the world’s largest phone makers.
