Psygnosis to launch Rollcage in March 1999
Rollcage, Psygnosis' ultra-destructive, high-octane racing game, is set for worldwide launch in March.
The comany is investing $2.3 million to promote the title for the U.S. PlayStation game console and PC CD-ROM markets. Customers that preorder from Babbages Software, Funcoland and Electronic Boutique will be offered a limited edition package that includes a 14-track Rollcage Soundtrack CD, featuring music from artists such as Fatboy Slim, EZ Rollers and Aphrodite.
Controlling indestructible high-powered vehicles, Rollcage players can achieve impressive speeds, driving anywhere and everywhere - even along tunnel ceilings and walls - smashing into buildings and leaving the rubble in their opponent's path.
