PSC acquires wafer fabrication equipment from LAM Research and Applied Materials
With recent purchases of wafer fabrication equipment from LAM Research and Applied Materials, Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) has now spent more than $60 million on wafer fabrication equipment this year. PSC currently owns two 12" fabs (Fab 12A and Fab 12B) with a combined maximum capacity of 90,000 wafers.
