Production problems at Samsung and Hynix to squeeze NAND flash supply
Memory makers expect a very tight supply of NAND flash memory next month, as Samsung Electronics and Hynix Semiconductor are both having production issues with their higher-end process technologies and the consumer electronics hot season is approaching, according to memory makers.
