Pricing for Tyan Dual Athlon Mobo

by - source: Tom's Hardware

Tyan's dual motherboard (non SCSI for now) looks as though it's on its way. Mike Magee over at The Inquirer says that samples of the board should be coming out next week, with full production commencing in July. It isn't going to be cheap in its first run - somewhere in the area of $400. The Inq suggests that the reason that Tyan is the "official" mobo vendor of choice for AMD's dualies may have something to do with the fact that the company is a big supplier to Compaq and Hewlett Packard.
