Presidents' Day Break

Today is Presidents' Day, and THG will be taking a breather from its usual routine.

You can bone up on your George Washington or your Abe Lincoln .

Or, maybe it is time to read the Constitution of The United States .

While the week-end saw some of the biggest anti-war demonstrations the world has seen since Vietnam, it's probably worth reminding ourselves that the ideals of America, and what America stands for, still resonate in the hearts of many dispossessed peoples around the world. Washington, Lincoln, and the Constitution remind us of the ideal, and the heart of what draws so many of us to pursue the American dream.

Alternatively, I have been informed that there is a significant amount of odium directed at me on Anand's forums for my little Val Day ode so, there's always that tedium to while away the day. And if online debate is your thing, and definitely in a more serious vein than my stuff, I believe there's a great little thread on our own Community pages about Lars article on the latest 3DMark.
