Powerchip Semiconductor to license UV LED technology
Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) yesterday announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to license manufacturing technology for ultraviolet (UV) LED (light-emitting diodes) chips from Mitsubishi Cable Industries (MCI).
