Powercard offers UPS on a card
Guardian On Board has introduced what it calls "the world's first integrated internal UPS," a PCI card containing full-time battery backup, surge suppression, EMI/RFI filtering and automatic shutdown software.
PowerCard 420VA is designed to deliver all the features of a standard external UPS.
Weighing just over one pound and fitting into a single PCI slot, the PowerCard offers up to 25 minutes of battery backup for a PC, monitor and connected peripherals.
