Other Uses
We found a few other uses for the Zurotech card. While the main intent of the card is to obviously watch television, technicians and game players may also find some use with the card. We were setting up some Direct TV and Tivo boxes and found it easier to plug them into the Zurotech versus turning a big television around and finding its ports. Game players may also like the Zurotech card solely because of its composite recording capabilities.
Conclusion

Overall, we liked the Zurotech ZTTV CARDZ1 TV tuner card. Despite some quirks with the installation and the television software, we found that the inexpensive tuner card worked well and delivered considerable value for its low price.
Those who live in tight quarters, such as students in dorms, should find the tuner card especially useful. They can create their own dual function computer-compact TV simply by inserting the card in a laptop or notebook computer.
The included antenna is not that great and should be replaced by a better one if you want to retain the mobility of the laptop or notebook the card is mounted in. Quality cable reception and video recording capabilities make up somewhat for this deficit.
