Polaroid's PhotoMAX PDC 1320 Megapixel Digital Camera

Under $200 for a digital camera seems like a pretty good deal, but it'll be up to all you shutterbugs to decide whether the price and performance are in line, since I don't have one of these in-hand. Polaroid's PhotoMAX PDC 1320 is a megapixel camera that the company says gives you 35mm image quality photos. The new digital camera incorporates both megapixel (1280 x 960) and VGA resolution modes, a 2X digital zoom, three flash modes, and a suggested U.S. list price $199.99. The new PDC 1320 lets you review pictures via a 1.8" color LCD screen and comes stock with 8 MB of internal memory, a CompactFlash removable memory slot, and a USB interface for downloading images. It also comes with a camera pouch, automatic self-timer and picture counter, and can be mounted on a tripod. The PDC 1320 Digital Camera "Creative Kit" (included in the sub-$200 price) includes the camera, PhotoMAX Image Maker Software, batteries, PC, and TV cables, an AC adapter, a wrist strap, Quick Start Guide, and online tutorials.
