Pitfall Harry Will Return To Xbox, PlayStation 2, GameCube, and Game Boy Advance
Activision revealed in its quarterly earnings report that they intend to revive the Pitfall series staring Pitfall Harry. Activision has had the new Pitfall game in development at Edge of Reality for all three major console platforms and the Game Boy Advance. Players will again be able to take on the role of Harry as they embark on a 50-level journey through South American jungles. The new Pitfall games will feature highly detailed graphics, fast-paced action pathways, and a host of interactive goals. Of course the new version of Pitfall will feature classic vine-swinging and pit-hopping which were staples of the original title for the Atari 2600 and appeared on other platforms later. Pitfall Harry is scheduled for release in the fall and we can't wait to get our hands on it!
