PC OEMs consider dirt cheap SDRAM
As PC servers switch to DDR and manufacturers scramble to shave down mounting SDRAM inventory, the gap between DDR and SDRAM prices has widened to a point where OEMs and module makers are now considering SDRAM purchases, DRAM distributors indicate.
