PC makers monitor screen shortage
The growing popularity of low-cost and "free" PCs is fueling a shortage of 14- and 15" monitors.
Increasingly, buyers are being forced to upgrade to more expensive 17" monitors. While supplies of the larger screens are still adequate for demand, those also may become increasingly scarce by next year.
