'PC' From Mac Ads Gets Personal Trainer
PC needs some positive reinforcement.
Apple's Mac and PC commercials always manage to arouse the fanboy camps, and the latest isn't that different. The standout in this latest ad is that PC and Mac are joined by Robert Loggia, who plays a personal trainer for PC.
Trying to whip him into shape, the trainer constantly shouts at PC saying that Macs have been ranked by PC Mag at the top for customer satisfaction and reliability. Obviously, it wouldn't be a "Get a Mac" ad without some punch line at the end, so just check out the video below:
Apple's "Get a Mac" ad: "Trainer"

hasnt Asus taken some of those titles recently?
Nope.
These fkin stupid ads do nothing but reinforce the idiotic PC vs MAC 'war'.
You would think the world leader of innovation of everything ever would come up with something a bit more, ummm, errr - clever?
I've never liked Mac ads, and the fact that they presents the worst actor of all time "Justin Long" as a Mac doesn't help at all!
Usual crap negative ads
an ad like that on appeals to people who agree with it anyways, so its kind of pointless as it wont win many new customers over.
make an ad that says u can now load mac os to ur own computer build and it can run almost all off the shelf games.
then id possibly buy the mac os
They were fun to start with...but getting very very tired now.
advertising 101: polarise people.
working, obviously
lame add
It may be because I'm quite happy with using a pc and being able to play games etc (old but good http://roosterteeth.com/archive/?id=118) but the pc v mac adverts always looked more like they were promoting the idea that macs are for muppets. Err, no offence to raincoat wearers there either.
The UK choice of actors was quite classic too - particularly if you'd rather not trust macs
mildiner86 - isn't it technically breaching licenses to install mac OS on a non-apple branded computer? More the point could be "buy a mac- if you install windows on it too then you can still run things - AND - they're shiney"
