You never know when you're going to need a little personal surveillance device. Next time you have to deal with an evil customer service rep at the bank or anyplace else, take along this little gadget. You can record your conversation and snap a picture of the offender to email to their boss. PenCam is a pocket-sized digital camera that integrates the features of a PC Camera, Digital Camera, and Digital Camcorder into a device that fits in the palm of your hand. The little gadget has a 24 bit Color VGA (640 x 480) CMOS Image Sensor, USB interface, 3 fps VGA (640 x 480) and 9 fps QVGA (320 x 240) performance, 8 MB of SDRAM, and storage for 26 pictures at VGA (high resolution) XGA software interpolated (1024 x 768) or 107 pictures for QVGA (Low Resolution) VGA software interpolated (640 x 480). The PenCam 2 retails for around $100.
