Packaging and testing going downhill every quarter despite previous bright outlook
Despite the earlier optimism, packaging and testing firms have been buzzing that the third quarter looks likely to fare even more dismally than the traditionally weak second quarter. Those more pessimistic predict that if the market does not pick up in the third quarter, the industry may not see the light until the first half of next year.
