P2P search engine to challenge Google
Project Pandango, part of i5 Digital, is reportedly finishing what the company hopes will be the next great search engine. Using a combination of peer-to-peer technology and a marketing tool called collaborative filtering, Pandango will keep track of users' habit and build a network of "referrers" that can be used to predict which sites are most likely to satisfy the criteria of searchers, redefining itself over time.
