Ovonyx and Qimonda cross-license PCRAM
Ovonyx, and Qimonda today announced that they have entered into a long-term cross license agreement for discrete memory products using the two companies’ respective patents and intellectual property (IP) relating to phase change random access memory (PCRAM) technology. The agreement also provides that Ovonyx will actively support Qimonda’s program to develop phase change memory products.
