Novell announces OpenSuse 10.2
Waltham (MA) - Novell rolled out a new version of its Open Suse Linux distribution. Version 10.2 is available as a free download (or packaged retail version) and comes with more than 1500 applications, including redesigned Gnome and KDE interfaces, Firefox 2.0, Beagle desktop search, the GAIM instant messenger and multimedia and graphics tools.
The download package is about 3.6 GB in size, plus optional add-on media that check in at about 458 MB. The retail package is priced at $60.
