Tech products top of shopper's lists this Christmas
Last year, just over 50 percent of people shopped for at least one item online with that figure rising to just over 65 percent this year. Question is, what are they all buying ?
A report issued by business advisory firm, Deloitte, shows that tech products will be among the top products for shoppers this Christmas.
Consoles are one of the main contenders for the top spot this Christmas according to the firm’s Annual Christmas Retail Survey with products like iPods and video games being two others.
The percentage of people buying MP3 players this Christmas has increased 6 percent from last years 20 percent and just under 45 percent of consumers say they will buy a computer or console game for someone this Christmas.
Apple’s newest release in the UK, the iPhone, is expected to sell half a million units by the end of the year with 100,000 sold in the first few days of it’s launch.
