OCZ intros new gamer memory
OCZ announced the PC-3500 Gold GX memory seriesm which is placed as a lower-priced memory option for gamers. The memory runs at 2.8 volts, DDR433 speed and offer timings of CL 2-2-2-5. OCZ said the memory will help gamers to " eliminate frustrating frame lag or system crashes due to incompatibility" and improve performance in game titles such as Doom 3, Half-Life 2, and World of Warcraft. The dual channel kit (2 x 512 MByte) will retail for about $190. (THG)
