NVIDIA releases new Linux drivers
NVIDIA has just posted new Linux drivers for its GeForce range of GPUs. The new drivers are version 1.0-4496 with a release date of July 28, 2003. Here are some of the improvements :
* GeForce FX 5900 support
* Support for Active Stereo + TwinView
* Initial support for APM power management
* Improved OpenGL performance when rendering to multiple buffers (such
as when using a stereo visual and rendering to GL_LEFT_AND_RIGHT).
