Nvidia Q4 profit nearly doubles
Nvidia said Thursday that profit nearly doubled in the fiscal fourth quarter as the company expanded into digital media devices and improved profit margins.
In the three months ended Jan. 30, Nvidia earned $48 million, or 27 cents per share, up from $24.2 million, or 14 cents per share, a year earlier. Revenue increased 20 percent to $566.5 million from $472.1 million.
